Quality guarantee: Every batch is quality-checked before shipping. If goods arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number for a replacement or full refund.
Wholesale orders: For bulk/OEM orders, samples are available before production. Custom-labeled orders are non-refundable once production begins.
Returns: Unless the issue is our fault, return shipping is borne by the buyer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of claim approval.
