A quiet place for the ones who waited at the door
PawHaven’s Memorial Hall is a free, bilingual online memorial. You do not need an account, and nothing is for sale to use it — it exists because losing a pet is a real loss, and it deserves somewhere to live.
How it works — about five minutes
- Create the hall. Add a name, a few dates and a photo. You can make a hall for one pet, for yourself, or for a whole family — including members who are still with you (a reserved place).
- Write the tribute. Tell us a little about them in Chinese or English, and we write a gentle bilingual tribute you can edit. You can also add your own words.
- Keep the keepsake. Every hall gets a printable QR code. Put it on a frame, a wind chime or an urn, and anyone who visits can open the hall from their phone.
What is free, and what is paid
- Free forever: the hall itself — photos, bilingual tribute, printable QR, and seven everyday offerings (a candle, flowers, a paw print, a treat, a toy, a letter, a star). One of each per day, no account needed.
- Optional paid keepsakes: a Pro hall (one-time $19.99), a QR keepsake plaque ($29.99), the Memorial Bundle ($39.99) and a bilingual tribute film ($69) — all in our shop.
- Optional lasting offerings (bought on the hall page): the Everlasting Lamp ($2.99 / 1 year) and the Anniversary Wreath ($4.99 / 1 year) stay in the hall for a full year, for everyone who visits.
- None of it is required — a free hall is complete on its own, and the seven everyday offerings stay free.
Keepsakes you can buy today
If you would like something to hold, our shop has engraved urns, photo frames, pendants and wind chimes in the Memorial category. Digital keepsakes are there too (a Pro hall, a QR keepsake plaque, a bilingual tribute film). We sell keepsakes only — we never handle or store ashes, and no memorial purchase is required.
