Orders & quotes: Wholesale prices are quoted per order. Sample orders ship via PayPal-paid express; wholesale orders are payable by T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment unless otherwise agreed).
Shipping & risk: Goods ship from Yunnan, China. Risk passes to the buyer per the agreed Incoterm on the invoice.
Compliance: Buyers are responsible for import regulations, tariffs and food-safety registration in their own market. We provide COA and standard export documents on request.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Disputes are settled by friendly negotiation first.
