Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to selected international destinations. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address.
Rates and timing
- United States: free shipping on orders over $35, otherwise a flat $4.99.
- Rest of world: flat $14.99 (duties or import taxes, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility).
- Most orders leave our partner warehouses within 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–12 business days.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse we email a tracking link. If tracking has not moved for several days, email us — we will chase it for you.
Split shipments
Because items ship from different partner warehouses, a single order may arrive in more than one parcel. There is no extra charge when this happens.
Wrong or missing address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually fix it before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
